Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a talent acquisition framework and maintain a talent funnel in line with the company’s strategic goals and quarterly and annual OKRs.
  • Assess internal talent, identify strengths and gaps and recommend actionable insights including career roadmaps.
  • Manage candidate relationships and end-to-end talent lifecycle from sourcing through multiple channels (agencies, referrals, campus hiring), pre-screening candidates, phone/video conference/face to face interviewing all the way to reference checks, salary recommendations, offer roll-out and on-boarding.
  • Work closely with the communications team on employer branding activities.
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of 2Y+ as a Recruiter
  • Expertise with an ability to understand and explain a job requirements for both IT and Non IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e. g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
