1. Talent Acquisition
o Responsible for end to end recruitment life-cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, Salary negotiation and on boarding.
o Act as strategic business partner by knowing the competitors in order to have the right pool of candidates for the various requirements of the company.
o Discussing and managing with multiple stake holders, understanding their manpower requirement and recruiting the best talent from market by being directly involving as HR panelist.
o Sourcing talent through various recruitment sources like job portals, various professional networking sites, internal database, Internal References.
o Organizing and conducting Walk-In drives at various locations across India.
o Creating own data bank, generated huge data of reference for Sr. Level candidates, which helps to close the sr. level positions with reasonably good time.
o Having hands on work experience on success factors in Recruitment module, performing various actions like creating Position Code, Generating Link for recruitment, Initiating onboarding activities.
o Preparing various Service Industry Benchmark related to various HR policy.
