Years of Exp : Min 2 Years into HR Operations


Prerequisite Qualities:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Hiring (For any roles required)
  2. Training the new recruits
  3. Stipend/Salary calculations
  4. Team bonding

Hiring (For any roles required)

HR needs to understand the organization’s needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions.

 

  1. Sourcing apt candidates through different job portals/channels.
  2. Arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees.
  3. Making sure all paperwork involved with hiring someone is filled out and making sure that everything from the first day to each subsequent day is navigated successfully.
  4. Maintaining data of each employee

Training the new recruits

 

  1. Organizing training for different departments. HR can help provide management guidance to managers, making sure that departments and teams are as healthy and functional as possible.
  2. Maintaining a smooth workflow of the training and helping out the trainees in the process.

Stipend/Salary calculations

  1. Managing payroll to ensure that all employees, old and new, get the appropriate amount of money each pay period.
  2. Managing one-time or inconsistent financial benefits, like periodic bonuses or bonuses for performance.
  3. Tracking and managing days off, vacations, and even benefits for employees.
  4. Managing and administering internal benefit programs.

Team Bonding

Effective communication and free-flow exchange of ideas is the hallmark of High-Performance teams. The team members should be allowed the liberty to share new ideas, critical information and take part in crucial decisions.
