The user is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of its/his/her account by ensuring that the passwords are kept in a secure environment.

The user is deemed responsible for all activities, authorized or unauthorized, being conducted through its/his/her Jobsquare.co.in account and the safety and security of passwords. Suppose there are reasons to suspect any unauthorized use of its/ his/her account or the possibility of the password being compromised. In that case, the user agrees to notify Jobsquare.co.in immediately.

2. Spam Mail and unsolicited Bulk Mail

The user is expected to not send non-recruitment-related emails to a non-targeted user base. Non-adherence to the same may be considered as ‘spam’. Spam emails, or commercial emails seeking monetary transactions, to jobseekers will be treated as violating the Terms & Conditions and may invite action as deemed proper.

3. Mass download of Resumes

The facility to download resumes is provided to aid users’ recruitment activities only. Any mass download of Resumes from the database using any software or for non-recruitment-related purposes will be treated as a violation of the Terms & Conditions. The user is expected not to share the downloaded information/contacts/resumes with anybody outside the user’s recruitment team. 4. Job postings for purposes other than Recruitment

“JobSquare Job Postings” have the sole purpose of helping recruiters find candidates with more relevance and high intent. Hence, JobSquare Job Postings are to be used only for Recruitment related activities. Use of JobSquare Job Postings for anything except Recruitment will be treated as a violation of Jobsquare.co.in’s terms and conditions.

5. Paid Training or Provide Paid Training or Asking Jobseekers any money.

JobSquare Job Postings can only advertise part-time or full-time jobs or freelancing activities, not paid training programs.

There should not be any activity or reference for money from the jobseekers for any direct/indirect favour or otherwise. Any such act of asking for money from jobseekers would be considered a violation of Jobsquare.co.in’s terms and conditions.

6. Duplicate jobs on the website

Recruiters should not post any job twice, resulting in the duplication of the same on Jobsquare.co.in. Before posting a job, it is highly recommended to check the existence of the same on the website.

7. Asking jobseeker directly/indirectly to register on any other Jobsite

JobSquare Job Posting cannot be used for direct/indirect jobseeker re-direction and providing information related to any job site other than Jobsquare.co.in.

8. Uploading Inappropriate/Improper Content

The user shall NOT upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable/infringing.
