Java/J2EE Developer

Developers: 5 developers

Experience: 3-7 Years

Skills:

• 3-7 years of demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and principles
• Expert-level hands-on knowledge of core Java
• Solid understanding of the collections frameworks and Multithreading concept.
• Good command of Java 8 features
• Understanding of the Design Patterns and Clean code principle
• Spring MVC, AOP, Cloud services, ORM framework
• Strong knowledge of JEE technologies and specifications such as spring boot, JPA, Servlets, JSP, JSF, etc.
• Strong knowledge of JSE / JEE design concepts and database modelling
• Hands-on experience with Spring MVC/ Spring boot/ Microservices/ Hibernate / MongoDB etc.
• Experience with Tomcat, XML, JMS, WS-*, SOA integration, API Management technologies, and standards
• Knowledge of Open Source architectures and/or past contributions to open source projects
• Design, development, and operations experience with highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems
• Experience designing public and private enterprise secure services using open API and REST-based APIs
• Experience profiling and troubleshooting Java application code
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and working with a continuous integration environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to solicit and formalize requirements and work with end users/customers.
• Ability to work in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities are dynamic.
• Experience with agile development methodology and able to write proper Unit cases and Jest test cases.
• Should effectively work with Version Control like GIT and other respective tools (Command line and Source Tree)
• Should be familiar with the Collaborative tool like Skype/Slack/Team and Project Management tools like Jira/Asana/Trello etc.
• Experience with Message broker frameworks like ActiveMQ, RabitMQ and Elastic Search will be an advantage
