- Design and customize domestic or international travel itineraries as per client preferences.
- Book flights, hotels, transport, and tour packages using GDS/online portals.
- Provide accurate and timely information on visa, insurance, and travel regulations.
- Handle client queries via phone/email and ensure prompt support before and during trips.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry (domestic & international)
