  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT professionals across various disciplines, including software development, cybersecurity, data science, cloud computing, and IT support.
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment:
    • Conduct detailed screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
    • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and team dynamics.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
    • Advise and educate hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive compensation packages.
