Job Responsibilities

As a Video Editor at Vedic Math School, You have the following Job Responsibilities:

1. You should drive customers to Vedic Math School website using Video Marketing.
2. You should manage marketing campaigns to promote Vedic Math.
3. You should Enhance brand awareness of Vedic Math across the Internet.
4. You should handle Social Media and engage customers using amazing Vedic Math Video.
5. Collaborate with other Video Editors in audio and visual teams.
6. Create continuous and complete story.
7. Create the voiceover text and other commentary for the video.
8. Creating the final cut for broadcasting.
9. Cut video sequences effectively to ensure the scenes are seamless and flow logically.
10. Determine exact cutting for final stages.
11. Determine which camera angles to use.
12. Edit raw footage content for producing film and video.
13. Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
14. Input uncut rushes and sound.
15. Insert music, sound, or optical effects.
16. Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
17. Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
18. Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
19. Organize video screenings for directors and producers to get their feedback.
20. Perform all editing work including inserting music, sound effects, storyboarding, etc.
21. Perform video and audio editing based on story sequence and continuity.
22. Prepare a logical storyboard by combination of the most effective scenes.
23. Rearrange scenes.
24. Review all edited tapes to identify any issues and recommend changes as necessary.
25. Review the script to better understand the video production requirements.
26. Reviewing raw material to determine shot list.
27. Should handle computer editing equipment, video switching devices, etc.
28. Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
29. Use creativity techniques in designing graphics.
30. Watch scenes and determine which will end up on cutting room floor.
31. Work with sound effects, graphics raw camera footage, dialogue and special effects.
32. Work with work prints to organize the scenes and transitions that make up a film.
